All my life I have been driven and passionate about helping people succeed in life while allowing them to see the role they themselves play in making that happen. Whether it’s having a positive attitude about themselves and others or having a true understanding that your passions in life will allow you to reach unlimited levels of satisfaction. Life truly is a series of choices we all make, and we must learn that we are in control of all those choices each day.
That’s why I feel through my speaking and the experiences I have had throughout my life can help you understand how to reach your dreams and goals.
Mental Focus:
The business lexicon is full of idioms that speak to the importance of mental focus in life and business. But life experience teaches us that acquiring mental focus requires more effort than simply turning a switch “On” or “Off”. It doesn’t matter if you are in school, starting out your career, a veteran with many decades of experience in your field, or a retiree: mental focus is necessary. Let me share some tips and tools that I have acquired throughout my decades on this planet.
Mentoring:
I feel tremendously blessed: not everyone is able to spend their entire career doing something they love. I absolutely LOVE coaching people, from youth in elementary and high school, to young adults in a university setting, to adults in their chosen profession. Coaching is why I wake up every morning excited at the potential of the day. Although I no longer coach an athletic team, I still apply those principles to smaller groups through mentorship. Contact me to learn how I can mentor you and help you achieve your goals.

Businesses:
An area I feel I can really help in this part of The Tony D Connection is helping people understand how to reach their potential. Whether it is giving some advice to a young coach on developing their team succeed or helping a group or organization better understand the role that teamwork or leadership plays in the strength and development of their company. I have experienced so many different things in my thirty-eight years of coaching and dealing with people.
